Fabrizio dedicates “Blue Moon” to the memory of his grandfather Antenore Modonese, it was his favourite song.

Conceived as part of the Tourette Records "We Dream In Colour" series, Little Annie and Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo celebrate the winter solstice festivities by following in the footsteps of Phil Spector and releasing their own Christmas single. Two illustrious artsits: dud-diva Little Annie plus Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo active as ( r ) and as a member of Blind Cave Salamander, and Almagest!; both also partners in the avant rock cult band Larsen.

Sporting an original artwork by Little Annie, the "Blue Xmas ep" includes the tracks "Blue Moon" - an acoustically deranged cover version of the crooner standard, "Chinatown Blues" - Little Annie's ultimate quietly opiated fantasy drenched in Fabrizio's obsessive layers of distorted treated guitars and "The Ballad Of Blue Obsessions" - Fabrizio & Annie's dreamy duet a la Nancy & Lee.

An edition of 300 copies of the Little Annie & Fabrizio Modonese Palumbo "Blue Xmas ep" on royal-blue transparent vinyl will be released by Tourette Records on Black Friday the 25th of Nov 2011 plus an exclusive limited edition (on blue transparent vinyl as well) including individual pieces of canvas print numbered 1 thru 50, no two alike, doctored and designed by Little Annie and signed by both artists.

The "Blue Xmas ep" will also be available as a digital single on iTunes via Tunecore starting on Christmas eve 2011.
